During February-April 1995 I spent two months in Yangon, Myanmar, (Rangoon, Burma) working on a report on the Fertility and Population Changes Survey of 1991. Thanks to the warm hospitality of the people I was working with, I spent one Sunday during the annual Water Festival New Years Celebration driving around Yangon taking pictures. Here is a selection..
